Port Elche Hotel

My stay was fantastic with a large variety of delicious foods, especially breakfast, and a beautiful room layout that felt cosy despite its size. wish I had a kettle, though!

Stylish hip new hotel with well-trained staff members who needs to understand customer service. Comfortable location, in quite an interesting area of' outlet' stores.

Beds were small.

The only thing that we liked was the convience for the airport.

Yes there was, and I will be writing to complain. For your information we were treated very badly in the restaurant.

I stayed in a spacious Double or Twin Room, great with its modern decor and cleanliness. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety that catered to different tastes. I loved the mini gym and sauna area with a great opportunity to unwind after a busy day.

The staff were very helpful, especially the front reception when we checked in. It was beneficial to have staff that spoke English as well. The food in the restaurant was quite good too.

I think that the advertising for the hotel is a bit misleading in letting visitors know how close it is to the airport. In taking a taxi both to and from the airport to the hotel, it was not 3km away, but more than that. It may have influenced our decision to stay there if we had known that it was farther and that the cab was going to be that much more money. Additionally, the connectivity of the internet was poor and should be enhanced. We found the signal to be inconsistent regardless of whether we were connecting wirelessly or via ethernet cord.

The tight parking hardly suffices during busy seasons!!!

I couldn't really sleep because a bunch of gusy were shouting all night long in the hall of the hotel

We enjoyed the hotel, it was stylish and perfect and had ideal location just next door to an industrial park, the wonderful garden with good smelling flowers and palm trees and a flight path.

The breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious variety that catered to different tastes. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with the latest in comfort and technology. The outdoor pool and sauna were excellent for relaxation after a long day.

location for a tourist was not great it is in an industrial estate and was not easy to find the signs were not very clear

Mostly the comfort of the hotel and the shear dedication of the staff to keep the high standered of the hotel.

Just one let down is, if possible the hotel provides a shuttle bus for some of their customers.

It was comfortable - unfortunately it was not that close to the airport. It needs a swimming pool.
